The driving theme behind #TheJourney is to create engaging content and an active community that guides the direction of the podcast. Before recording each episode, I look through each and every question that is submitted through this form, so that I can create an outline of topics to cover that will make the progression towards accomplishing your shooting goals as efficient as possible. I also periodically select people who have submitted questions through this form to be guests on the podcast, with the intent of having a discussion with them about their question to get deeper into that specific topic and allow other community members the opportunity to learn from those teaching moments.

This is what the base foundation of #TheJourneyPodcast is all about — taking you on a journey with myself and the rest of the community of listeners to all work together towards achieving what we set out to do in the beginning of the shooting season. During the first month of the #TheJourney (January 2023) I will use all of the submitted answers to this survey to create a course-like structure to the podcast that gives each of the active community members a defined structure and path forward to accomplish the goals that they’ve submitted. My own personal goal with this is to cultivate an active community of listeners that participate in each podcast so that I can use the information that you provide through these surveys to coach, guide, encourage, and support all of you through the journey towards accomplishing what you’ve set out to do.

By submitting your answers to this survey, it allows me to actively get involved in using the knowledge that I’ve accumulated through decades of competing and teaching at the highest level in this sport to individually and personally guide you towards forward progress.
